Designing the payload of KvarkenSat
In the spring 2022, one of our project’s goals will fulfill when we will launch our own cube satellite, KvarkenSat to the sky. However, there are quite many things to plan before the D-day.
The team of our project’s work package 3 has been discussing the payload of KvarkenSat many times online during the first months. After the Finnish Satellite Workshop in January some members of the team visited Aalto University in Espoo. There they became acquainted with Aalto University’s satellite program and saw their ground station in action.
Next step for the team is to meet at Kiruna, Sweden, in the beginning of March and make some decisions about the KvarkenSat’s payload.
